CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program that blends weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio.
 

It's for everyone!

The goal is to improve your overall fitness—developing your strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility—through constantly varied WODs (Workout of the Day).

The WOD is the heart of every workout. It's a specific set of exercises performed for a score, which is measured by time, weight, or total repetitions.

About KeKo Box

KeKo is more than just a gym - it's a community. Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve endurance, or find a supportive group of training buddies, we're here for you.

Our CrossFit box is located in Tallinn, Soo tn 4.

 

The name "box" (in Estonian "kast") comes from the early days, when CrossFit training was often done in industrial buildings or garages, which looked like boxes.
