ABC Course
Our ABC course is the perfect starting point, no matter your current fitness level. It consists of four 60-minute sessions designed to build your skills and confidence from the ground up.
Working in a small, supportive group, we'll guide you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit and the flow of a typical workout at KeKo box.
Everything is taught at a comfortable, no-pressure pace.
To help you transition smoothly into our main classes, you’ll receive two free weeks of unlimited membership after finishing the course. It’s the perfect way to put your new skills into practice and become part of our community.

About the course
We learn
Here’s a look at what you’ll master in our foundations course:

Barbell Fundamentals: We’ll break down the most important lifts. You’ll learn how to squat with proper form, deadlift safely, and press weights overhead with confidence.

Bodyweight Skills: We'll build your strength with essential gymnastics movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and toes-to-bar, providing options that work for every fitness level.
