ABC Course
Our CrossFit ABC course is designed for fitness enthusiasts of all levels and consists of four 60-minute training sessions.
The course takes place in a small group, and its goal is to introduce CrossFit and a typical workout held at the KeKo box at a calmer pace. This is a great opportunity to start with CrossFit.
Additionally, upon completing the course, you can participate in unlimited group training sessions for 2 weeks to further reinforce what you have learned.

About the course
We learn
Here’s a look at what you’ll master in our foundations course:

Barbell Fundamentals: We’ll break down the most important lifts. You’ll learn how to squat with proper form, deadlift safely, and press weights overhead with confidence.

Bodyweight Skills: We'll build your strength with essential gymnastics movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and toes-to-bar, providing options that work for every fitness level.
Bonus – Upon completing the course, you can participate in unlimited group training sessions for 2 weeks to further reinforce what you've learned and find your routine!
